Once you open the package store dry, uncooked pasta in a cool, dry place like your pantry, and to help preserve freshness store dry pasta in an air-tight box or container.

About product : Riscossa Gnocchi pasta is made with Durum Wheat Semolina which is a rich source of protein, vitamins and fibres that make it a healthy choice. Shape resembles a seashell and is the perfect size for holding flavourful sauces.
Preservatives Free : Natural, Free from preservatives
Instruction for use : Put 1 litre of water per 100g of pasta and bring it to boil. Add salt. Add pasta and stir it occassionally. Drain pasta after cooking it for 6 minutes. Add condiments as per prefer.
