Sauce clings to the spaghetti like it should. So much better then the store bought brand’s.

The surface is slightly rough to allow sauce to adhere it. Cooks to a nice al dente for a good “chew”. Worth the little bit extra (not much) that you pay.

Very good quality pasta. It boils quickly which is a sign of a good pasta. Absorbs sauce well. Great texture made with good quality flour. This is a popular brand in Italy
