HOW TO MAKE PASTA
Riscossa Capelli D’Angelo Pasta
Ingredients: Durum wheat semoline, water
About product: Made from the perfect blend of pure water and 100 percent durum wheat semolina.
About product: The origins of capelli D’Angelo, with their evocative name (angel hair) and light consistency, it is one of the thinnest types of long pasta wound into a nest shape.
Usage: When cooked and chilled, capellini can be pan fried and combined with vegetables & small meat slice

Instruction for use: Since the pasta is so thin, it cooks very quickly, as compared to the thicker spaghetti noodle, capelli d’angelo pasta cooks in about two to three minutes when added to rapidly boiling water.

Riscossa Tagliatelle Verdi Spinach Pasta
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water, dried spinach powder
About product: Tagliatelle is long, flat pasta ribbons, shaped into nest. Tagliatelle Verdi owe their bright colour to the inclusion of spinach in the dough
About product: Our green tagliatelle gets its colour by the addition of fresh Spinach to premium durum wheat flour and looks great when served.
Usage: Tagliatelle is traditionally served with a meat or Bolognese sauce, but also works extremely well with a cheese, tomato or cream sauce
