A powerful and fragrant leavening agent with outstanding organoleptic properties that gives the unmistakable aroma of natural fermentation: a real family treasure and the result of daily care, a lot of patience and great skill. The Mini Pandoro 80g from Zaghis is a traditional Italian Christmas cake with a fluffy sourdough covered with fine powdered sugar. From above it looks like an eight-pointed star; inside it has an ideal porosity – hence the name Pan de oro (golden bread).
