Description: A “moment” that Zaghis makes very special, thanks to the careful processing of over 48 hours dedicated to each of its panettone and pandoro cakes, as well as to the selection of simple, fresh and genuine raw materials, which are added gently and in precise order to the original dough. The real treasure of Zaghis is also their original mother yeast (lievito madre), which they have used for decades to make their great traditional yeast dough products. A powerful and fragrant leavening agent with outstanding organoleptic properties that gives the unmistakable aroma of natural fermentation: a real family treasure and the result of daily care, a lot of patience and great skill. Each Zaghis Panettone is a different delicacy to be discovered bite after bite and to be preserved in the practical resealable Tin Box. As the classic recipe dictates, the Classic Panettone is enriched with sardines and raisins and features the characteristic cross on the top. The raw materials we use are a selection of the best products that the area offers us, for this artisanal panettone we used: fresh eggs from free-range hens, peel of Sicilian oranges and Calabrian citrons, butter produced from very fresh cream, fresh milk from Venetian and Friulian cows, spring quality multi-flower honey, all naturally flavored with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
