This Fine White Masa Taco corn flour is used to make Mexican-style snacks as typical as Taco shells. It can be blended with the Coarse White Masa Tortilla flour to obtain a thicker chip and to reduce blistering. This masa may be processed into different shapes and sizes, then baked and fried into the finished product.
Free from cholesterol and trans fats.
