Tagliatelle is an Italian word which literally means “to cut” in English. Pasta is made into thin broad pasta ribbons, then shaped into nests. Tagliatelle is Italy’s most loved pasta type, the texture is a little bit rough, like hand rolled. The spacility of our pasta is its holds the texture that means the pasta cooks quickly, holds the sauce well, and doesn’t stick together. Tagliatelle pasta are longer and narrower than Pappardelle which are specially suitable for tomato sauce, or fish sauce. This is such a nice light pasta it deserves to be served with a light sauce such as a lemon butter sauce or a summertime pasta vegetables.
