Noodles were introduced into Japan from China during  about 1000 years ago. Egg Ramen are thin, wheat-based noodles made using wheat flour and eggs, which are mixed and formed into a dough, cut into flat strips, and then cooked in boiling water, it has a springy, firm texture. The dough is risen before being rolled. How to cook:

1) Cooking the noodles in boiling water for about 5-6 minutes.

2) Stir tenderly until the noodles loosen then drain the hot water.

3) Rinse in clear cold water.

4) Add cooked noodles to hot oil and fry till brown and crisp. Serve your favourite Meishi Egg Ramen noodles with soup or with Gravy.
