- Meishi Soy Sauce is naturally brewed. A traditional and delicate process that takes months. Only selected, natural ingredients are used to produce a pure, subtle, savoury taste, which is totally different from non-brewed soy sauce.
- Allergen notice: Contains Soybeans and Wheat.
- Ingredients: Water 33.5%, Soybean 25.5%, Wheat 23%, Salt 17.2%, Dextrose 0.5%. Preservative – Sodium Benzoate (INS 211). Flavour enhancers : Monosodium Glutamate (INS 621), Disodium 5’Ribonucleotide (INS 635).

A very good soy sauce with optimum flavor. I tried a lot of different brands out there but this has the best flavor. You need to use less to cause it’s dark soy sauce and color is amazing. Not going back or shifting to any other brands. It instantly lifts up the flavor of the dishes.😍

Packaging and thickness of sauce is good but you won’t find the real flavour of soy sauce as per our Indian cooking taste.

This is my first time using this brand so I was quite skeptical but I am happy to say that this has an excellent flavour. I love to mix it with some mustard, vinegar and sliced red chillies and use it as a dipping sauce for wontons. It is very intense so a little goes a long way.
