Meishi fine rice vermicelli is a traditional Vietnamese dish that’s comprised of woven fine rice vermicelli noodles topped with chopped scallions in oil.  It’s never eaten alone, but instead as a lettuce wrap with a complimentary meat dish and a variety of vegetables and herbs.

    Most people dont know how to soak/cook this. I found this fantastic, followed package instructions, and had no problems in cooking a fabulous meal of Singaporean noodles (what vermicellis are best for). No complaints👌

    Absolutely love this. Smooth and tasty noodles. Use filtered water to boil instead of tap water. Prevents stickiness and clumping.

    For those looking at gluten free options, this is a good choice. Some may or may not like the taste. But I loved the taste of this rice Vermicelli.
    In fact now I’m so used to it that I don’t feel like having wheat vermicelli again.
    These cook easy. No different from the wheat/maida ones. Just a little more time for cooking.
