  • You could try Meishi Soba noodles in warm salads, or tossed with your favorite proteins, sauces, and finished with some toasted sesame oil.

Noodles are a staple of Japanese cuisine. The popular Japanese noodles are Soba (Whole Wheat and Buck Wheat), Udon (Refined wheat) and Egg Ramen (Refined wheat, Eggs).They are often served chilled with dipping sauces, or in soups or hot dishes.

Cooking time :

Meishi Ramen Egg Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 5-6 minutes.

Meishi Soba Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 4 minutes.

Meishi Udon Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes.

Serving tips: Serve fried, or with soup or with your favorite gravy.
