I just LOVE these Black Beans. I use them in my bean salad that is in the recipe book that I created: I also just love to heat them up and top them with sour cream for a wonderful lunch or dinner. They are so healthy and tasty!

Its just beans, I know, but these beans were surprisingly well made. Beans were firm. Not a ton of sauce, unlike other canned beans I’ve used. I made a tasty casserole last night and enjoyed it again at lunch.
