Gluten-Free Tom Kha paste is made by pounding together tamarind, galangal, shallot, lemongrass, lemon juice, kaffir lime leaves, and chili paste. Combined with a stock, chicken breast and coconut cream this paste will give you a delicious lemony with a hint of spiciness Tom Kha Soup.
