Very good product. You need to keep it in refrigerator once opened / 20 degree C to be able to use it for 2 weeks to max 1 month. Low on sodium and great taste

The flavor is very mild, not sure if it’s part of the taste but the sauce is quite salty, you need not add extra salt if you are using the sauce.
