Since 2010 we have been importing the award-winning range of Belvoir Presse, British carbonated fruit juices with a delicate taste. Today the Belvoir Presse is found in mini-bars of luxury hotels in India, as a mixer for cocktails (especially the Elderflower) in leading bars and sold in gourmet stores. Along with the famous award-winning Belvoir Elderflower Presse, this Juniper Tonic gives Gin aficionados two reasons to repeat their favorite drink! Renowned for their elderflower drinks, they still use the same elderflower recipe developed by co-founder Mary Manners all those years ago. Originally, all the elderflowers were handpicked from bushes growing around Lord and Lady John Manners’ garden. The whole family helped to make the first batch of elderflower cordial, chopping the lemons and stirring the syrup. To achieve the unique taste of Belvoir’s elderflower products, it’s essential to use nothing but fresh flowers. Belvoir have created an exquisite Tonic with 8 botanical extracts, including juniper and elderflower, in the soft, gently sparkling spring water from their sprawling estate in rural England, resulting in a complex and characterful, lightly sparkling aromatic, botanical non-alcoholic Tonic with quinine added to give an extra bitter edge to your Gin. The drink is colorless and clear with no sediment present. The aroma is of aromatic, botanical juniper with a hint of delicate elderflower & bitter notes of quinine making it reminiscent of gin and tonic. This also serves as a delightfully sophisticated, non-alcoholic alternative to a G&T.
