  • Boil 300ml of water.
  • Add 400ml of coconut cream, bring back to the boil.
  • Add 70g Tom Kha Paste, 300g sliced chicken breast, 12 mushrooms (quartered), 4 kaffir lime leaves.
  • Simmer until cooked through.
  • Add 2 tsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. Blue Elephant Fish Sauce*. Remove from the heat.
  • Add 2 tsp. lime juice* and garnish with 6 fresh coriander.
  • Serve in soup bowls.

* Add to your liking.
* Use the fish sauce to adjust salt to your taste.
