
For the dressing we need:
50 g Fresh basil
50 g Fresh spinach
70 g Fresh red capsicum
70 g Fresh broccoli
30 g Pine nuts
70 g Dolce Vita extra virgin olive oil
200 g Penne pasta
100 ml Fresh cream
1 tbsp Italian Spices & herbs-special touch grinder Italia
1 tbsp Salt

Precooked pasta and keep aside.
In a blender blend all together with fresh basil, spinach, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil. Blend well till form thick smooth paste.
Now in a pan add little ex. Virgin olive oil, put red capsicum, broccoli and pesto in it and sauté it lightly. Then add thick cream and season it using salt and Italian spices-herbs.
Finally, fold the penne in the sauce and served it hot.
