2. Drain tofu and wrap in paper towels to press out excess moisture. Cut tofu into 1-inch thick slices.
3. In a small bowl, stir together mustard, olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush mustard mixture evenly over each side of the tofu slices.
4. Arrange tofu in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, then carefully flip tofu and bake for 10 more minutes.
5. In the last 5 minutes of baking time, add haricots verts and porcini mushrooms around the tofu in the baking dish to gently roast.
6. Remove the dish from the oven when tofu is lightly browned. Serve tofu roast surrounded by mushrooms and green beans, spooning over any pan juices.
