This Italian Hummus makes a great easy appetiser - it's creamy, fragrant and perfect for sharing!

Ingredients
400 g Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (or sub haricot or butter beans)
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp Dried rosemary (or sub equivalent amount fresh rosemary)
1 tbsp Dolce vita olive oil
½ Juice of lemon
1 Garlic clove
Salt + pepper, to taste
To serve (optional):
Extra fresh rosemary
Chilli oil
Fresh parsley, roughly chopped

1. Place all ingredients into blender/food processor (or hand-held blender) and whizz until smooth
2. To serve, drizzle with chili oil and garnish with extra fresh rosemary and fresh parsley
3. Serve with vegetable crudités, bread or crackers
4.Keeps covered in the fridge for up to a few days
