French Pea Soup
400 g Daucy Extra Fine Green Peas
1 qt Onion finely chopped
300 ml Vegetable or chicken stock
1 tsp Dolce Vita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

1. In a pan saute the onion until it turns a translucent color.
2. Add the can of daucy Extra Fine Green Peas and continue to saute for 5 - 7 minutes.
3. Add vegetable/ chicken stock and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Continue to simmer until peas are soft.
5. Take off the boil and blend until smooth.
6. Reheat the soup and serve it topped with fresh cream.
