1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium high heat.
2. Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until starting to soften.
3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the green beans, baby corn and button mushrooms. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar and red pepper flakes. Pour over the veggies.
6. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the veggies are crisp-tender.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve over rice or noodles.
