Chicken Yellow Curry – Blue Elephant
Ingredients
300 g Blue Elephant Yellow curry sauce
125 ml Water
200 g Chicken breast (sliced)
1 cup Mixed veggetables of your choice (optional)
Optional : Thai sweet basil and red chili for garnish

STEP 1 - In a saucepan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Yellow Curry Sauce with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil.
STEP 2 - Add the sliced chicken breast and optional vegetables if you have.
STEP 3 - Simmer until the protein is cooked to your taste.
