1 qt Croutons garlic flavoured
1 qt Croutons natural
1 qt Croutons cheese flavoured
150 g Fresh ice berg (roughly chopped)
15 g Fresh basil (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp Mix of Italian Spices & herbs
70 g Broccoli (blanched)
40 g Cherry tomatoes
Salt
Sugar
30 ml Extra Olive oil
15 ml Balsamic vinegar
(optional : you can also add cooked boneless chicken cubes in it.)

For dressing mix all together with extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, Italian spices. Stir it continuously to develop the flavors.
At the time serving fold all three types’ croutons, fresh basil, broccoli, cherry tomatoes & iceberg in a dressing.
Serve it cold.
