30 g Black whole pitted olives
30 g Green whole pitted olives
1 qt Heart Artichoke heart 25 gm Sun dried tomato (valley sun)
7 Cocktail onions
7 Celery crackers
10 ml Extra virgin olive oil
200 g Fresh red grapes
Wine cheese crackers
20 g Parmesan cheese (slices)
(optional : you can use chicken pate or salami as well)

In a very good quality plate arrange the above mentioned product, with base of iceberg leaves.
At the time of serving drizzle garlic olive oil on the top and garnish with celery crackers.
